Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for formalizing acquisitions strategies and boost the company market presence along with increasing our existing customer engagement. 

The Customer Relationship Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a hunger to chase and close new business, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. Ultimately, an outstanding Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with Sales and Accounts Managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
  • Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business. Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end and multi-task.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Solid background in B2B & B2C customer acquisition strategies
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Proficient in all Microsoft suit.
  • A team player with leadership skills
