Job Description
- Managing a fleet of company vehicles including cars and Heavy Equipment.
- Implementing and controlling all scheduling, arranging of maintenance/servicing, and repairs.
- Review reports prepared by supervisors about the weekly and monthly work schedule and drivers' rest in proportion to the work need.
- Coordinate with the external car operation team to know the arrival and loading times to ensure that the products arrive on time for the customers.
- Receive complaints and inquiries from customers, sales, and locations alike and handle them to avoid their occurrence again
- Reviewing all exchange permits from sales, stores, and locations to ensure that they are implemented and that there is no negligence, delay, or cancellation of orders.
- Follow up on the implementation of the daily work orders by subordinates to ensure that the work is progressing as planned
- Technically directing the subordinates to rationalize consumption and to ensure that they implement the required work well
- Evaluate the performance of employees and train them to improve their performance and raise their efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6-9 years of experience.
- Management or Supervisory skills and experience in Fleet Maintenance and Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Experience in analysis and problem-solving.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
- Must possess good leadership qualities
- Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
- Must be able to motivate the supervisors & drivers to ensure their full co-operation at all times.
Work location: El-Behira Governorate.
Working Days: 6 Days/week (Saturday to Thursday).
