Job Description
- Decision Support: Support decision making through enhance the financial and operational control and prepare the ad-hoc reports as required.
- Annual Audit: Working alongside the external auditor to support a smooth and problem free audit process, delivered within deadline.
- Finance: Oversee operations of the finance department at hotels, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Review and approve accounts reconciliations for all balance sheets accounts.
- Review and approve quarterly / annual customers’ confirmations and monthly aging report.
- Provides top management with Revenue growth analysis, revenue channel analysis and top customers analysis.
- Responsible for month-end and year-end close process
- Ensures that all relevant accounts information presented in an accurate and timely manner
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Review and take the necessary action for the outstanding balances (customer checks)
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any similar studies (English section is a great plus).
- Has hotels and hospitality background is A Must.
- 08 -12 Years’ experience.
- V.good command in Excel is A great plus.
- ERP financial application experience is an asset (Oracle or sun system is a great plus).
- Previous work experience in audit firms is an advantage.
- Very good command in English (Writing and Speaking).
- Must be able to move between offices and hotels.
- Able to analyze and make recommendations in depth for all hotel sectors Food and Beverages, Lodging, and Recreation.etc
