Job Description
- Actively track suppliers and subcontractors and aid in the bidding process
- Manage all contract documentation
- Assist Construction Managers with the Change Order and Back Charge process
- Assist with the pay application process and construction accounting
- Coordinate construction punch list compilation and distribution with Construction Managers, Property Management and suppliers / subcontractors
- Monitor all site budgets
- Act as Treasury Tracker for the site
- Responsible for distributing budgets in the site.
- Revise and monitor suppliers’ work in the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy
- Professional experience (5 – 7 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Skills.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- English proficiency is a must .
- 26 work days 4 days off
