Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients over the phone to discuss insurance products
- Advise clients and assist them to get the best insurance policy based on their needs
- Follow up on clients & guide them throughout the process of issuing and receiving their insurance policy
- Maintain close contact with our insurance provider partners to ensure policies are issued smoothly to our clients
- Maintain client records and deliver sales reports
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience (motor insurance sales experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills & able to influence through proven sales experience
- Strong ability to work and adapt to a target driven environment
- Maintain high level of professionalism and organisation
- Customer focused & capable of building strong relationships with clients
- Quick learner and always improving insurance product knowledge
- Good command of English language (written & spoken)
