Job Description

  • Ensure the proper documents are created and signed.
  •  Follow policies in storing accurate data and documents.
  •  Organize and archive documents after scanning it.
  •  Managing databases and preparing letters.
  •  Fulfill document retrieval requests. 
  • Retrieve and data documents quickly and efficiently when needed. 
  • Maintain all kinds of documents and check for signatures and dates or as much as drafting and editing sentences. 
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
  • Handle External Governmental Papers & Documents  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience from 2 : 3 years in administration or related field 
  • Real estate Background is highly preferred 
  • Very good English Language 
  • Excellent User of Ms.office 
  •  Excellent Communication & Handling Skills 
  • Flexible to work internal and external as per business needs 
  •  This job required external visits to governmental offices and related places 
  • Males Only
