Job Description
- Ensure the proper documents are created and signed.
- Follow policies in storing accurate data and documents.
- Organize and archive documents after scanning it.
- Managing databases and preparing letters.
- Fulfill document retrieval requests.
- Retrieve and data documents quickly and efficiently when needed.
- Maintain all kinds of documents and check for signatures and dates or as much as drafting and editing sentences.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
- Handle External Governmental Papers & Documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience from 2 : 3 years in administration or related field
- Real estate Background is highly preferred
- Very good English Language
- Excellent User of Ms.office
- Excellent Communication & Handling Skills
- Flexible to work internal and external as per business needs
- This job required external visits to governmental offices and related places
