Job Description

  • Oversee, coordinate and optimize all digital marketing channels, e-commerce lead generation and CTAs.
  • Responsible for photo selection, copy-writing, product listings and descriptions.
  • Work on the copy, make sure the right visuals are acquired, coordinate photo/video shoots, edits, archives...etc.
  • Manage all the design and content on a monthly basis for the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Website, bookmarking sites, Whatsapp, YouTube
  • Provide short - and long-term market strategies, forecasts, reports, and trends to assist sales teams in the acquisition of e-commerce clients.
  • Follow-up and update the marketing budget on a monthly basis.
  • Specific analysis of customer buying patterns that drive explosive online sales growth to leverage the competitive advantage.
  • Lead all data acquisition and reporting for all digital activities and work with sales to develop reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure the consistency in the messaging, content, and look-and-feel of e-commerce and social media platforms —coordinating and socializing with content, creative and sales.
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to improve the sales process and serve the market positioning.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with brands that compliment our own.
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on e-commerce marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing plans that may include, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the team in executing the company’s E-commerce marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) to support the company’s business objectives.
  • Focus on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, SEO, digital advertising, webinars, email, social media, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics.
  • Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years e-commerce experience required.
  • Ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results, a portfolio of reporting and dashboards with an emphasis on managing campaigns and ROI analysis is strongly encouraged.
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
  • Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Exceptional organizational and management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
  • Expert in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript & GSuite preferred.
  • Background in Graphic Design is a plus.
