Rebranding for the current restaurants’ identities
Profitability analysis of each restaurant across the 5 clubs, analyzing different SKUs (reviewing menus, food cost, profit margins)
Working closely with the F&B operations team on products’ development including pricing, introduction of new products/menus, promotions etc.
Develop yearly promotional plan for driving sales
Initiation of new ideas to increase usage and revenues
Understanding different members’ needs to come up with recommendations along with the research function, including monitoring market trends.
Developing F&B yearly calendar of events including different activations

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing or marketing management with a background in the food industry.
