Job Description
- Translation work on site
- Office supplies and sporadic material procurement.
- Prepare customs clearance document and complete the work.
- Collect resumes required for the project and cooperate with other departments to complete the recruitment process
- Provide admin & secretarial support including and not limited to organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails, and maintaining the filing system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent Arabic Chinese Speaker
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- V. Good English and Business writing.
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
