Job Description
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- Establishes detailed scope of work for the project in conjunction with the Company Principal-in-Charge and client, and in accordance with the project proposal and contract.
- Establish deadline/milestones and assigns required resources.
- Maintains liaison between all personnel assigned to the project to assure mutual understanding all phases of the work as defined by the contract.
- Establishes the design criteria and conceptual preliminary engineering designs for all project, and monitors the preparation of the final engineering and construction drawings.
- Monitors the progress of all project functions and reports on their status
- Coordinates and resolved technical problems including non-conformance to project specifications or engineering standards.
- Establish and maintains coordination between engineering staff and client technical representatives. Controls client requests to assure adherence to the project scope.
- Approves all submittals to the client of work outputs, information requests, advisory notices, project status reports, etc.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 5 years of experience in project management (Design).
- Elctromechanical Background is preferable.
- Giza Residents is preferable.
- PMP Studies is advance.
- Leadership Skills.
- Problem Solving Skills.
