Job Description
- Prepare and develop the projects’ master time schedule.
- Develop and review the daily report with the Project Manager to assist in updating the project Master and Detailed schedule.
- Prepare the meeting minutes for all project team meetings.
- Attend weekly meetings on-site for specific projects to ensure that all the project schedules are being adhered to, and discussing amendments as necessary.
- Facilitate the development of a project's S–Curve and update it on a monthly basis taking into account delays and feedback from Contractors and Consultants.
- Prepares and Monitors logs (Material, Shop drawings & Procurement) for a variety of projects.
- Creates and Monitors the cost loading schedule for projects as assigned.
- Creates and Monitors the Contractor pre-meeting submittals log.
- Reviews and Monitors the Contractor Monthly Report and provide additional comments to the Project Manager.
- Monitor the Contractor time schedule depending on Contract, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare the Monthly progress report highlighting concerns and any delays in the project schedule
- Assists in Monitoring Tender documents during the design phase of the project.
- Tracks issued contracts and purchase orders and allocate them on the budgeted cost items.
- Reviews invoices and properly records projects’ expenditures.
- Reviews and verifies variation orders and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Updates and issues monthly cost reports for various projects to ensure expenditures are kept within the budget and reports recognized deviations from the budget.
- Performs such duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- BSc in civil/ architectural engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in the use in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent in the use of Primavera P6.
