Job Description
- Senior engineer Interior and Exterior Architectural Designer experience in the field of constructionconstructions .
- Conceptual design, using presentation and visualization programs
- Interior & Exterior Design for residential / commercial units.
- Follow up with clients in modifying their interior designs.
- Perform a complete measurement of the finishing of the inventory of quantities and follow up on the site.
- Handles tasks of the construction drawings as (furniture, masonry, electric, ceiling & floor) with full details like (doors, counters, cladding, etc.).
- Prepares presentations and mood boards with clients.
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists.
- Detailed production
- Undertaking a variety of space designing projects
- Dealing with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
- Designing practical spaces but yet visually pleasing
- Preparing and/or reviewing preliminary concept designs and developed drawings
- Conceptual design using presentation and visualization programs
- Hand-free sketches
Job Requirements
- Experience in finishing residential units.
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
- Presentable.

- 3D Design/Modeling, rendering, and texturing using 3dsMAX, Vray.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Academic background in product design, applied arts, interior design, engineering or architecture
