Job Description

  • The Technical Projects Follow up Officer is an independent professional dedicated to assisting the CEO in making decision on important issues and work closely with him on some new projects at Dar Al Found hospital.

Responsibilities:                         

  • Work closely with plant leadership teams of assigned plants and segment leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive improvement in key operational metrics based on benchmark to identify and share best practices.
  • Facilitate strategic planning process, including regular review of performance against this plan.
  • Prepare response on the key issues raised by the CEO related to day-to-day matters.
  • Prepare any other reports as and when needed by the CEO, coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, responding to technical inquiries as appropriate; present technical knowledge and information on projects and services, providing answers and translating the technical capabilities of all services. Undertake research, investigation and clarifications after meetings and follow up as needed
  • Contribute to various committees in the Corporation as assigned by the CEO.
  • Participate in various meetings and tasks chaired by the CEO and prepare related reports, briefs, and outcome notes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in medical science (Medicine & surgery, dentistry, pharmacy or veterinary) is a must.
  • Healthcare & hospital management diploma holder
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in healthcare industry
  • Has an experience with ERP systems as a user, preferably SAP
  • Advanced knowledge Microsoft office, with a special focus on Excel & power point.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English essential.
