Job Description
- Gathering critical information from row data and meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Using Diagramming Techniques and Business Matrix to visualize Data Flows.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions, in addition to any problems with the business model.
- Providing analytic insights for each department to support the recommendations suggested for improving production, planning, supply chain, and business flow.
- Performing quarter and annual reports and analyses of current processes.
- Managing and dealing with the functional and operational impact of any changes.
- Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system or new analysis techniques.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience level 3 to 5 years in business analysis & data analysis.
- Experience in implementing and enhancing ERP systems (SAP is a must ).
- English fluency is a must.
- Excellent in Microsoft office especially Microsoft excel and Power pi is a must
- Good Knowledge of analytic/programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with Business Process & Task Management tools e.g. Click Up, Trello, Monday...etc.
- Problem-solving skills with Strong organizational and prioritization skills
