Job Description
- Develop and manage the marketing plan while foreseeing future opportunities to meet / exceed retail sales goals across all stores.
- Develop & execute promotional campaigns for Retail.
- Design unique 360 campaigns to support new launches, meeting / exceeding sales expectations.
- Joint Responsibility of reaching monthly sales targets with the sales & operations team.
- Responsible for assortments, recommending new product launches and discontinuations and coordinating assortment changes with Brand Manager.
- Liaison with Operations on all fixture updates & new store openings
- Liaison with Training/Visual Merchandising department to develop support materials.
- Budget management & Reporting
- Control the consistency of instore communications in all shops.
- Generate revenue through creating activities, promotions, and other media tools with an aim to be a profit center.
- Manage instore experience, such as technology, checkout, bags etc.
Job Requirements
- Educational background should be in marketing from reputable university.
- Excellent/Fluent in English
- Innovative & Creative Thinking
- Proactive and takes Initiatives.
- Team player and service oriented.
- Market intelligence skills, competitors monitoring to build a unique competitive advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing overall with in-depth knowledge of brand building, communication strategies, and marketing campaigns.
