Job Description
- Propose a marketing strategy for each brand, sub-brand, and project in order to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and major stakeholders.
- Propose marketing plans and budgets for the assigned brands in order to achieve or exceed the brand objectives
- Plan and organize all Marketing Communication initiatives e.g. advertising and promotion campaigns are executed in line with the marketing strategy to fulfill the business objectives.
- Initiate the Marketing Research brief with Market Research agencies to identify the knowledge gaps to be researched using quantitative or qualitative research to enhance the understanding of the market and the audience.
- Study the market to analyze the competition and provide reports to build the brand.
- Prepare and release MIS reports to provide Management with timely information to monitor the progress of Marketing initiatives against the plan, budgets, and sales.
Job Requirements
- Degree In Business Administration, preferably with specialization in Marketing.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing preferably at least 3 years of Marketing in the Real Estate industry or a high-quality multinational company.
- Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, good planning and organizing skills, Good communication skills, ability to motivate, negotiating skills, project management skills.
