Job Description
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, or operation
- Confer with supply chain planner to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products.
- Manage through Warehouse team the analysis of inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
- Select transportation routes through logistic team to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution
- Monitor suppliers' activities to assess performance in meeting quality or delivery requirements.
- Participate in the coordination of new initiatives launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
- Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Responsible for routinely reporting on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.
- Manage the decision of appropriate equipment and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
- Reporting to partnership director
Job Requirements
- +10 Years of experience in corporate and Distributors
- FMCG solid experience is must
- Excellent communication Skills
- E-Commerce experience is plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Hard worker, working under pressure
- Data collection, management, and analysis.
- Team player and Time Management skills.
- Ability to travel to our governorates of Egypt.
