Job Description
- Work closely with the end-users teams to ensure that the requirements are developed and knowledge transferred as planned.
- Manage Oracle DBs through multiple life-cycle environments - Dev, QA, Staging and Production.
- Support software developers with database operations including the development of complex SQL, tuning of
- DML and the creation of stored procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for end users.
- Acts as first level of support for production systems users.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Working effectively with individuals and teams, clients, and staff.
- Report project status to direct manager.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner.

- Using RDA to customize Reports, using many types of reports (Tabular, Columnar, Financial Reports and

- Expert level in XML Publisher Report.
- High professional in using all new JD Edwards features (OVR – E1Page – Watch list).
- Good experience in JD Edwards project life cycle.
- Main knowledge of CNC like Fat client installation & Startup of environments in case down of system & ERP
- Server Manager Controller & scheduled database backup.
- Aware with business cycle of main modules as (Warehouse, Procurement, Distribution, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Finance, Capital Asset Management).
- Trainer for end users how to use the application and System foundation training.
- Knowledge of Application release upgrade, and how to transfer all objects from old to new release.
- In-depth working knowledge with the Oracle Developer (6i/ 10g /11g) and Oracle Designer/development.
- Strong experience in working with Oracle DB 10G or later versions.
- Strong experience in Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Strong experience in Oracle (Forms, Reports) 6I, 10G or later versions.
- Knowledge and experience within ORACLE Database Management.
- Good knowledge of security
- Working knowledge of any of the following tools: TOAD, SQL Navigator, SQL Developer, VS Code
- In-depth Working knowledge of Oracle Database Management System.
- Experience in application and/or systems integrations (strategic planning and operational support).
- Day-to-day performance monitoring.
- Understand project requirements and develop design specifications.
Added Advantages:
- Oracle certifications.
- Preferred previous experience with Oracle JD Edwards ERP.
