Job Description
- Carrying out Architect Work shop drawings and Arch. details.
- Carrying out Architect Quantities surveying (Architect QS)
- Making B.O.Q for Architect Work items
- Making Arch. Revit model (drawing using Architect Revit)
- Help in doing subcontractors invoices
- Follow-up and assigning subcontractors work items statements
- Follow-up and assigning subcontractors work items approval situation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architect Engineer.
- Experience from 5 to 7.
- A good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Architect program.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships.
- The ability to negotiate.
