Job Description

  • Open new Markets according to accreditation scopes.
  • Plan and map for Tabseer revenue increasing.
  • Demonstrated success in building, elevating, and nurturing relationships resulting in increased revenue growth.
  • Monitor and lead Marketing and sales teams to achieve growth objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • Assign new leads to the team as required
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with strategic and key accounts.
  • Ensure personal and team achievement of monthly target, aligning with department policies and strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of key accounts

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the same field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Very strong managerial tactics of coaching and feedback, with strong attention to people development, identifying talent, and delegation for career progress.
  • Solid proven record of sales targets achievements
  • High-level strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver aggressive sales targets
