Job Description
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the US to share information about the company and sell our service by following sales scripts
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active and inactive calls
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Generate leads list from different available online sources
- Utilize CRM to keep track of all sales calls & update the database of prospective client information
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- As all of our clients are based in the U.S.A, the employee must be fluent in English and has previous experience in dealing with such clients.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Previous cold calling experience in an outbound call center or related sales experience
- Able to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
