Job Description
- Execute and achieve targets in a motivated, fast-paced, growing quarterly-driven environment.
- Engage with company existing database to find/create the video conference need.
- Successfully introduce and implement solutions.
- Develop company's video conference partners network.
- Maintain an accurate and updated business plan with all relevant figures and activities per channel, business plan reviewed on a weekly basis with partner.
- Set up quarterly business meetings with key partners to review the business, and plan upcoming activities and set targets.
- Review product portfolio and make sure that the right line up and focus is reflected within the key partner portfolio.
- Maintain and keep updated the video conference strategic business plan for the country and align this with your partner contact.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling UC & C solutions (Poly, Cisco, Lifesize...).
- Experience of working with managed service providers.
- Hands-on mentality and able to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Results-driven and discerning with regards to priorities.
- Creative strategic thinker and fast learner.
- Willingness to adjust efforts in line with target requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Influential communicator and great presentation skills.
- Charismatic, Engaging, Confident.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English (verbal & written) is essential for this role.
