Job Description
- Follow up with different supply & planner stakeholder on timeline & forecast & PIPO & cut of dates & leftovers
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure meet target schedule
- Ensure forecast fulfillment without Out of stocks issues
- Communicate with project leader & align on changes in timeline or updates
- Follow up with regulatory teams on their timelines
- Work cooperatively and cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the plan is in place
- Manage demand planning process with relevant pillars to ensure smooth collaboration with related parties
- Providing input to the Supply Planning organization in developing relaunches strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Ensuring project closures including completion of lessons learned
- Arranging and dealing with the Supply planner regarding all new and updated products while adhering to regulatory Leadtime.
- Maintain knowledge on all rules and regulations of import processes and ensure efficient transmission of all import & local goods.
- Follow up with MENA Supply chain progress & marketing brand mangers & regulatory stack holders
Job Requirements
- Good command of English language and computer skills
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Demand and Logistic/Supply Planning
- Understanding of Supply Chain or Planning processes
