Job Description

  • Receiving the monthly plan from the head of departments according to their needs.
  • Responsible for sending the quotations and the selected one of them with the supplying order to the Cost controller.
  • Buying the best quality ingredients, equipment, goods, and services for the food operation at the best price.
  • Following up with the store to make sure that we received the selected items from our vendors
  • Responsible for PO's issuing.
  • Following up with finance to make sure that the check is delivered on time.
  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
  • Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Strong Negotiation and communication skills
  • Prior experience working with suppliers and resources within the Pastry division
  • Minimum 3-5 years in purchasing restaurants' equipment and all non-food items.
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Males Only.
