Job Description
- Leading the team in the activities of valuations, investment packages, and investor presentations.
- Assuring timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables are in place.
- Managing and coaching associates’ and analysts’ day-to-day on the job.
- Coordinating due diligence for transactions and managing advisers working on different stages of the mandate.
- Managing the strategic relationships with clients and investors and leading presentations and negotiations during the process till deal closure.
- Building company credentials with a large clientele base and obtaining a trustworthy relationship with all clients.
- Working closely with VPs and Senior management on generating new mandates and progressing current ones to assure having a strong pipeline for the company.
- Screening and assessing potential investment banking mandates and recommending viable ones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration finance or similar degree.
- 8-10 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- High analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Flexibility to work on regional assignments.
- Ability to work under pressure.
