Supervise and follow up on the installation of aluminum curtain walls, windows, and composite cladding to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project timelines.
Review and inspect materials, quantities, and fabrication cutting lists for compliance with project requirements.
Explain shop drawings and method statements to site teams to ensure correct execution of works.
Monitor site progress and production processes, and adjust schedules as needed.
Identify and promptly resolve any technical issues or deviations on site, and report them to the Project Manager.
Attend coordination, progress, and technical meetings as required.
Prepare regular progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to track project status.
Study project contract documents, including drawings, schedules, and BOQs.
Coordinate with consultants to obtain necessary approvals, conduct required tests, and finalize documentation.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experiences in aluminum fabrication and installation is a plus, and/or experience in site finishes.
Able to handle multi-projects running at the same time.
Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Strategic planning, solid organizational skills and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Good command of office suite and CAD programs.
