Job Description
- Reporting to HSE and Maintenance GM and Warehousing GM
- Coordinate and supervise all installations and refurbishments
- Supervise all staff and external contractors
- Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the facility contributes to these
- Coordinate the use of automated and digital systems where necessary
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Plan future capacity requirements, Perform analysis and forecasting
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Brief team leaders on a daily basis
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
- Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
- Keep financial and non-financial records, manage cash movement and bookkeeping
Job Requirements
- Maximum 30 years old
- An engineering degree is a must - preferable Chemical or Petroleum or Mechanical.
- Experience in warehousing is preferable.
- Excellent technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets - Proficiency in excel is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good analytical, critical thinking
- People management skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
- A team player
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles is a plus
