Job Description

  • Coordinating departmental reports and documentation for the CBO meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
  • To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the CBO meetings and any other relevant meetings.
  • Handle calendar management for the CBO.
  • To conduct reports, research & analysis as directed by the CBO  when required..
  • Participate in project development phases, plans, process & following up.
  • Coordinate CBO communications, including taking calls, responding to e-mails and interfacing with clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Managing Communication effectively with the team to identify needs and evaluate & develop alternative business solutions.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
  • Transcribe from notes and/or written briefs internal and external correspondence and reports.
  • In addition to any other assigned tasks by the CBO within the scope of work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Fluent English (writing, talking, Speaking).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
