Job Description
- Coordinating departmental reports and documentation for the CBO meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
- To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the CBO meetings and any other relevant meetings.
- Handle calendar management for the CBO.
- To conduct reports, research & analysis as directed by the CBO when required..
- Participate in project development phases, plans, process & following up.
- Coordinate CBO communications, including taking calls, responding to e-mails and interfacing with clients.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Managing Communication effectively with the team to identify needs and evaluate & develop alternative business solutions.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
- Transcribe from notes and/or written briefs internal and external correspondence and reports.
- In addition to any other assigned tasks by the CBO within the scope of work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Fluent English (writing, talking, Speaking).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
