Job Description

  • Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
  • Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
  • Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
  • Adhere to MAVINZ recruitment policies.
  • Assist in developing recruitment forms.
  • Ensure unique professional candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
  • E-commerce recruitment experience is preferable.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
