Job Description
- Responsible for the provision of raw materials and supplies according to production needs.
- Research potential vendors and evaluating their offers.
- Review purchase orders and ensure that they include all specifications.
- Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers
- Selects products for purchase by analyzing cost and quality of items
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Responsible for purchase spare parts related to machine maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience in a manufacturing field is a must .
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- An ability to work under pressure.
- Good English.
- Good Computer Skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Males only.
