Job Description

  • Responsible for the provision of raw materials and supplies according to production needs.
  • Research potential vendors and evaluating their offers.
  • Review purchase orders and ensure that they include all specifications.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers
  • Selects products for purchase by analyzing cost and quality of items
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
  • Responsible for purchase spare parts related to machine maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience in a manufacturing field is a must .
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure.
  • Good English.
  • Good Computer Skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Males only.
