Job Description
Will be responsible for the following:
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment process and ; Employ traditional sourcing strategies, actively network and employ innovative, creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Coordinate vacancy posting in internal and external media as appropriate.
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
- Develop training materials
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Prepare and set up for new employee orientations.
- Maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and professional relationship external
- Call the candidates to arrange the appointment according to the management schedules and be sure that all the required info concerning the demo and interview communicated correctly and arrange the appointment according to the Hiring Process .and send emails to candidates with all details about his / her interview schedule
- Screening CVs via Phone call and send feedback to HR Manager
- Follow up with HR manager after interview process
- Responsible for handling and updating the cvs database
- Assist staff in understanding and using their employee benefits.
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Implement training and development plans
- Responsible for the social insurance file
- Any other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' Experience in HR. Preferably at schools.
- Good Computer skills
- Good knowledge of organizational procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment law.
- Good communication skills.
- Active Listening
- Critical Thinking
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Time Management
- Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- HR diploma.
- Labor law and insurance courses,
- Recruitment and training experience.
