Job Description
- Act as a key person between clients and internal functions, as well as building solid long term relationships to ensure service satisfaction.
- Establish and negotiate new business agreements in line with the internal business strategy.
- Generate leads and commence a network of connections with prospects in order to maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Gather needed intel from clients to best understand clients' business challenges.
- Assist on tailoring solutions and ensure the model execution of them.
- Present solutions and quotations to clients while aligning with the stakeholders.
- Impact the business volume by playing the integral part in turning leads to long term contractual relationships in a frequent manner.
- Report on account status to ensure service level.
Job Requirements
- +2 years of experience in account management, key account management, B2B sales, or any relevant position.
- Solid presentation skills, communication skills and negotiation skills to best understand, communicate, and influence stakeholders and top management in entities.
- Excellent command of the English language; spoken, comprehended and written.
- Target orientation, organization and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
- Business outsourcing orientation is a plus.
