Your responsibilities as a Sales Travel Advisor: -

- Assist customers with booking their requested flights
- Qualify the customer’s needs and budget and assist them with finding the most suitable options.
- Use promotional techniques to upsell insurance, upgrade the class of service, seat request, and other travel services.
- Meet internal Productivity and Attendance/Adherence KPIs
- Meet internal Quality standards
- Meet revenue and Sales targets.
Job Requirements
Requirements: -
- Fluent French and English
- Experience in The CS Industry is a plus
- Experience in the Tourism & Traveling field is a plus
