About the job:
- Maintaining the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences …etc.
- Receiving and screening phone calls/emails and redirecting them
- Responsible for all administrative tasks related to President
- Arranging President Meetings
- Document control duties, Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages …etc.)
- Human Resources observation
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare invoices or financial statements
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English languages
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in management
