Job Description

About the job:

  • Maintaining the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences …etc.
  • Receiving and screening phone calls/emails and redirecting them
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks related to President
  • Arranging President Meetings
  • Document control duties, Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages …etc.)
  • Human Resources observation
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English languages
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience in management
