Job Description
The candidate will be assigned the communications function and will be responsible for the understanding and implementation of the below job requirements for Toyota Egypt Group’s business units:
- Assist in planning, developing, producing, and delivering of communication plan and activities calendar across multiple offline media channels as well as on-ground activities.
- Work closely with digital marketing team to ensure alignment on brand, marketing, and communication strategy and campaigns’ objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits including mystery shopping to competition & TEG authorized dealers.
- Generate competition activities reports pertaining to market visits and using monthly media monitoring reports.
- Assist with executing PR strategy implementation and sustaining media relationship
- Assist in activities budget planning in compliance with approved yearly marketing budget.
- Responsible for CI branding brief development, production, and implementation management for Toyota Egypt’s retail network including showrooms, service centers as well as assessing and supervising authorized dealers CI implementation.
- Responsible for development, and production of Point of sales materials including product brochures, specification sheets, showroom campaign dressing, showroom signage, as well as vehicles signage.
- Responsible for managing TEG signage network maintenance with responsible business unit and vendors to ensure quality functioning in accordance with brand CI and image.
- Assist in events’ management with the specific responsibilities of:
- Preparing briefs based on marketing objectives, KPIs and budget
- Assist with vendor submissions evaluation and selection process in accordance with brief
- Assist with negotiating and finalizing event financial proposals
- Manage the financial cycle closure in accordance with TEG finance process and procedures
- Manage internal event logistics and operations with relevant business units
- Manage and supervise production installation in accordance with plan
- Monitor event execution and progress with the ability to individually handle event ad-hocs
- Prepare post event evaluation report
- Responsible for proposing, sourcing, and ordering giveaways and manage inventory logs and stocks.
- Responsible for generating monthly financial expenses reports and manage vendors finance communication.
- Assist in maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are informed of marketing/communications objectives and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing communication preferably with solid automotive background.
