Job Description

  • Manage & Tracking  tasks for Embedded Software team in different projects and resolving conflicts
  • Responsible for keeping the team with the highest efficiency, morale and best teamwork spirit.
  • Acting as a technical expert in both Software and System prospective.
  • Providing time estimation and resources planning for required features.
  • Ensured that applications are in accordance with recommended measures to increase quality and integrity of development
  • Receive requirement and feature list and prepare the development plan (Review with Architect).
  • Set with the architect the technical solution.
  • Manage, follow up team and their tasks.
  • Review and approve outcomes within the agreed time frame and quality standards.
  • Support product certification process.
  • Update R&D Library with developed modules with Architect.
  • Coordinate with architects for resources needed to implement the approved products release plans, interviewing, shortlisting
  • Coordinate with architects for training and orientation programs for subordinates

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Communication, Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
  • Very Good English Language
  • Strong Knowledge in Embedded C / C++
  • Firmware design and development experience.
  • Knowledge of firmware testing methodology.
  • Working knowledge of wireless networks, IP routing, and associated network technologies & protocols
  • Experience working with Mesh Protocol Knowledge Zigbee, Wi-SUN and Bluetooth/BLE Mesh
  • Must have the ability to understand and study wireless network parameters
  • Expertise in network technologies and protocols including: TCP/IP, 802.11, 802.15.4, SNMP, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
  • Strong understanding of real-time systems, managing interrupts, threads, scheduling, semaphores, and state machines with and without an RTOS
  • Knowledge of Radio Frequency design circuitry
  • Ability to Ensure Regulatory Standards are met
