Directs, organizes and controls the Structural Engineers to carry out all Structural activities including; appraisal, design, and contract documentation of all projects.
Verifies that all Structural designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with AL’AMAR policies and standards.
Checks the design criteria and basic designs of Structural works to obtain the maximum quality.
Prepares and maintains the overall plan of work of the Structural Department.
Maintains records of work progress of the Structural Department and liaises with other staff as required.
Provides information and/or assistance to project groups as required on Structural design matters.
Keeps track of current technology in Structural design.
Prepares training programs and trains the department staff to improve their performance in Structural analyses and design.

20+ years of experience in all the phases of Structural engineering (design and construction contracts) with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
A Bachelor Degree in Structural Engineering
Membership of professional body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.
