Job Description
- Map and analyze processes and identify ways to reduce waste, improve work flow, and increase the efficiency of the operation
- Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and develop measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing techniques.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance within the company.
- Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts.
- Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications: including advanced level Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of lean six sigma tools
