Job Description
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, must have excellent background in de-assembling/repairing laptops
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
- Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Create accounts (Active directory) and deploy OS on laptops.
- Making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Prepare reports for the IT Manager.
- Administrating Antivirus server/client.
- Have a good knowledge on domain environment
Job Requirements
- The Systems Engineer will have a bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of System Engineering experience
- Excellent English language is written and spoken.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- MCSA is an advantage.
- Understand service management and work with the ticking systems
- Deep Knowledge in Domain Environment
