Job Description

  • Develop product plans and road map for electronic payment in line with the overall commercial plan. 
  • Create & submit written business case documents.  Provide inputs, review & complete financial models (in cooperation with Finance).
  • Document product requirements and product development plans for new products including market analysis and opportunity, product requirements, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle strategy.
  • Analyze and recommend incremental monetization of product features and services.
  • Provide all product-related information to Marketing & Sales as required to develop a go-to-market strategy & sales materials.  Provide all product-related information as required to develop training material.
  • Develop customized and relevant dashboards to track performance of all products against established objectives and analyze variances with respected to the associated KPIs.
  • Carry out daily, weekly and monthly analysis of clients performance, usage and revenue trends and identify possible corrective measures.
  • Implement products plans and manage cross-functional teams in executing tasks.
  • Monitor and review post launch performance of products and present findings to cultivate a “learning organization” in accordance with the relevant process model. 
  • May conduct client visits to gather feedback and insights and market trends in order to generate new qualified leads.
  • Stay well versed in industry trends & educated on new product & technology developments. 
  • Monitor competitor product offers by running regular marketing intelligence efforts to identify and address product gaps, pricing issues, and branding weakness.
  • Provide on-going coaching and support to all teams in the marketing, sales and customer service.  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or marketing 
  • At least 3years of experience in marketing.
  • MBA is preferred.
