Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Be in charge of entertainment and catering selection
- Coordinate all event related operations
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, assistances and PMs etc.)
- Obtain client approvals on all aspects prior to the day of the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports for post event assessment
General Outlines:
- The Company is a leading Marketing and Management Consulting Firm
- Working Days from Sunday-Thursday, Off days: Friday and Saturday
- Working Hours: 09:00 Am to 06:00 Pm with 1 Hour break
- Bonuses offered based on performance and dispensed quarterly
- No other benefits offered (Medical – Transportation- Insurance)
- Company Located in 5th Settlement and Nasr City
- Car availability is a must
- All positions require Excellent Command of English

- A team player with leadership skills
- BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
