Job Description
- Engage customers with our products.
- Promote the company products to existing customers and potential future customers.
- Understand the unique needs of each seller and share personalized support
- Successfully manage a large portfolio of Clients.
- Create and retain customer loyalty by establishing rapport with their clients.
- Handling Customers requests with the internal teams.
- Handle customer accounts and provide guidance on enhancing customer relationships.
- Update CRM system with customer data effectively and efficiently.
- Handles outside calls frequently to meet with clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2 years of work experience in Sales, Account management or customer experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Pro-active and result oriented.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Passionate for the e-business sector, previous e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Dynamic public speaker and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one & groups.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and “get it done” attitude.
