Job Description
- Cleaning manager for both factory and branches
- Organize and manage team of cleaners to assure that factory and branches are up to the best hygiene standards related to Food and Beverage industry
- Will supervise cleaning products and cleaning equipment storage and stock
- Issues supplies and equipment to workers
- Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
- Screens job applicants, hires new employees, and recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals
Job Requirements
- Up to date with standards of hygiene related to the food and beverage sector
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Has experience in chemical cleaning
- Coordinates work activities among departments.
- Experience in food and beverage factory
- Experience in Hotel housekeeping is a plus
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
