Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to sell our products.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, Delivery, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Follow up with customers the sales & after sales service.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales Targets and facilitate future sales
Job Requirements
- Good English Skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate Must have:
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Telesales/Call Center experience is a plus.
