Job Description
- Design and review procesd workflow, cycle time, and document control requirements.
- Analyze process performance and capability, investigate process gaps.
- Improve processes, and procedures implementation using lean templates and digitalization tools.
- Optimize process flows using lean-six sigma and continous improvement techniques.
- Plan process audits checking compliance with QMS policies, processes, and instructions.
- Coordinate improvement initiatives/ projects action plans with business owners and stakeholders.
- Sustain effective QMS in compliance with ISO standards and Operational excellence framework.

- Certificates required - ISO 9001 quality management system - Lean Six-sigma Green belt.
