Job Description
- Design marketing print & digital communications pieces on a wide variety of projects such as logos, packaging, brochures, ads, posters, social media posts, banners, catalogs, promotions & corporate identity.
- Establish brand guidelines with an emphasis on consistency of brands across all mediums.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Creatively seek out new graphics products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
- Work well under pressure of tight deadlines, while keeping the integrity of the brand without sacrificing quality of work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Creative thinker
- Good time-management skills
- Experience in handling advertising plans
- Must have experience using design programs eg Adobe creative
- Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, After effect, Adobe premiere, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficient in Final Cut, Adobe premiere
- Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics.
- Prior experience designing product packaging.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must possess strong proofreading skills.
- Must be organized & detail oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
