Job Description

We position ourselves as brand promoters focused on providing expertise & innovation. Our state-of-art innovation center and our bakery factory inspire our research & development department and helps us keep the market updated with world-wide novelties.
- Create Price quotations
- Analyze Sales-Related Data (Targets vs actual, Clients performance, Suppliers in Volumes, Returns..etc)
- Organize demo events (guests, invitations, training material, certificates, attendance sheets..etc)
- Follow up on Samples (orders, preparation, inspection, delivery & FEEDBACK)
- Update & review new pricelists
- Review daily sales visits plans & issue monthly report
- Review Sales KPIs
- Email stock list weekly with highlights on slow-moving & near-expiry
- Correspond all promotional offers to Sales & Customers
- Follow-up with Sales on their customers’ special orders in containers
- Follow-up on Sales Orders (Delivery, Credit.. etc)
- Entry of new customers data & forms
- Assist in coordination Expos
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Fluent English
- Experience as Sales Admin (is a plus)
- Computer skills (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, CRM module as minimal requirements)
