Job Description
- Organizing and maintaining business/personal paperwork for the CEO.
- Providing high quality, efficient, administrative, and secretarial support to the CEO.
- Booking travel tickets and hotel reservations. Preparing and maintaining the CEO's expense report.
- Facilitating the implementation of policies and programs.
- Preparing minutes and summaries of actions taken.
- Relaying CEO's instructions to managers' company teams if required.
- Helping the CEO in following up on the workflow/operations cycle.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of similar previous experience in the same field/job.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and Arabic.
- Excellent knowledge of Word processing, Spreadsheet, and Presentation programs.
- Flexibility in working hours to match business requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- The ability to travel within Egypt or abroad is preferred but not a must.
