Job Description

  • Organizing and maintaining business/personal paperwork for the CEO.
  • Providing high quality, efficient, administrative, and secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Booking travel tickets and hotel reservations. Preparing and maintaining the CEO's expense report.
  • Facilitating the implementation of policies and programs.
  • Preparing minutes and summaries of actions taken.
  • Relaying CEO's instructions to managers' company teams if required.
  • Helping the CEO in following up on the workflow/operations cycle.

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of similar previous experience in the same field/job.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word processing, Spreadsheet, and Presentation programs.
  • Flexibility in working hours to match business requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • The ability to travel within Egypt or abroad is preferred but not a must.
