Job Description
- Control the quality of the incoming and outgoing documents to ensure it follows the appropriate quality
- standards
- Track documents and update the deliverables list with new documents and associated foreseen dates and workloads.
- Dispatches the documents for internal/external review.
- Create required hard copies, CDs, transmittals for client/partners/site submission.
- Receive, and store new documents (from partners, subcontractors…) on the server and/or within the Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and notify the concerned team.
- Provide the necessary information about the status of any documents to design managers, designers and contractual department.
Job Requirements
- Very detailed oriented.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Very good data organization skills.
- Excellent command in the MS Office software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expert data organizer
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
- Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
